• March 27-29, 2008—Denver, CO—Vicki Attended CIPA College, the Annual Conference for the Colorado Independent Publishers Association as an Exhibitor (part of the Haven Books Consulting team). Accepted a Gold EVVY Award for her novel "Girl-On-Fire".

• October 19-24, 2007—Vicki attended the Women Writing the West 13th Annual Conference in Colorado Springs.

• October 13, 2007—Clearlake, CA—Conducted the workshop "Writers— Start Your Novels!" at Wild About Books.

• September 22-23, 2007—Lower Lake, CA— "Head Wrangler" at the Lake County Writers booth at the 2nd Annual Old Time Bluegrass Festival.
